To set up wholesale terms or to get our wholesale catalog shipped to you simply:
1. First order is credit card or COD company check. Terms may immediately be established by suppling us with a bank credit sheet. Simply email, mail, or fax us a credit sheet that includes your bank information and 3-4 business references from other companies you have terms with.

To view or download the new Spring/Summer Catalog Please sign up with your name, e-mail, phone number and postal address so we can mail the catalog to you. Once you have submitted this form, we will contact you for further details after which we will provide you with a pdf link to our most current Spring/Summer catalog. All fields on the form are required. Please be advised that all promotional coupons and free shipping do not apply to wholesale orders.

 

To set up wholesale terms or to get our wholesale catalog mailed to you:

1.  Simply email, mail, fax, or call us at 800-665-2954 and give us your mailing address.

2. Fill out the form click here that includes your mailing address and phone number and that lets us know you want a catalog mailed to you.

3. First time orders are COD, PayPal or Credit Card terms ONLY.  Net30 Terms may be established thereafter by faxing or Emailing us your credit reference sheet. First time wholesale orders are a minimum of $300 with no minimums on reorders. Please be advised that all promotional coupons and free shipping do not apply to wholesale orders.

4. If you have already viewed our catalog and are ready to place a wholesale order, you can call, e-mail or fax us your order as well as payment information and we will ship your order to you right away.

Please note that once your order ships from our warehouse you will receive an automated e-mail notifying you that your order has been “cancelled”. All this means is that your order has been removed from our website, entered into our wholesale database and shipped.

5. You can create an wholesale account and shop online. To create an account click here. Once the account is set up, e-mail us at support[at]jayli.com with your store name and address. Once we verify your information we will e-mail you to confirm that your account has been set up.
