Long Tube Dress with Neck Ties

Peacock Paisley Print Long Tube Dress with Neck Ties.  This gorgeous long dress is a wonderful fit.  The neck ties cinch about around the breast area to hold you in and the ties can we worn around your neck in a halter style or tied in a bow in front.  There is a back panel of elastic which gives this dress some expandibility.  The peacock print is bright, summery and cool.
